Our stories need to be shared. I’m here to help you explore the landscape of your life and create space for your pain, fears, joy and grief. When we are seen and heard we are able to re-percieve our world and move forward in a new way.
“What I am is good enough, if I would only be it openly.”

About Me
I began my career working with people dealing with chronic mental health conditions, such as depression, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. I’ve seen how isolating mental health struggles are and how hard it can be to connect with others. Over the last several years I have been working with college students in the university setting as well as adults of all ages dealing with mood disorders, thought disorders, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and family of origin concerns.
My office is a safe space for exploring identity, navigating life’s transitions, and dealing with challenges. I am honored to walk with people through the struggles and the joys of leaning into who you are, and who you want to become.
I draw from multiple therapeutic approaches and modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and various trauma informed approaches. At heart my practice is humanistic. I believe the most vital piece is not a technique but the trust and the relationship we build in the process.
I received my Master degree in social work from Grand Valley State University and am a licensed clinical and macro social worker in the state of Michigan.
